The Manitoba ACTIVIST ASSEMBLY is scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at the University of Winnipeg Students' Association's Bulman Students' Centre.

Events begin at 4 pm and end at 10 pm. Everything is free to participants, and supper and refreshments will be provided.

ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND: Students, community groups, union members, and all those that are interested in a Poverty-Free Manitoba.

No advance registration is required, but do let us know if you plan to attend:

For participants from outside Winnipeg, please contact us to arrange accommodations and travel. Subsidies are available.

Also, let us know if you have any dietary requirements. (Vegetarian, vegan, halal options will be available. We will serve anything with nuts in it. Let us know if you are celiac, have allergies or intolerances, etc..)

To prepare for the event, review the list of concurrent session and think about which session you wish to attend. For open sessions, you can propose an activity if you don't see it on the list.
